We change out our batteries 1 to 2 times per shift here depending on time of year/useage. I have my battery tech keep our batts in top shape. No corrosion, electrolyte level checked every change, washed and equalized every 5th charge. Spec grav readings checked monthly. Plus all our stockpicker (24V / 875 AH) batts wre just replaced this last spring.

This fail has comes up at just about all states of charge. Most of the time it has been over 50% charge, as this is the 1st thing I normally look at when responding to a "dead truck" on the floor.

~Thanks
