I'm helping a co worker with this over the phone. But, yes the motor does run. The hoses flex. But, not getting a ground to the solenoid. Swap the wires with the tilt, loose tilt and side shift works. Leave the truck alone for a minute and everything works fine. Couple minutes, hours, or days later it looses side shift again. I'm thinking he has a ground issue in the card. Getting 24 volts on the power side, but randomly getting a ground.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
