I am with you there Lifter, I would never supply or support one again, it's far to much hassle and the very slow expensive parts back up makes us look bad to our customers.
When you have a machine of this size often it's the only truck the customer has so no down time is critical which is something that you know you are going to have with a Hoist.
By the way I think you will find Marty F is the CEO of Hoist.
