Going off memory these trucks had two options for entry rollers.
1 is a three wheel option with the each wheel being higher than the other with the front wheel being the highest. The second one is what they called a slide plate, nothing more than a plate bolted to the bottom of the fork. Either option I believe had to be ordered that way from the factory as they are bolted to the truck differently with the three wheel bolting from the top and the plate bolting from the bottom.
