This machine is a 2006 Raymond Electric Pallet Jack, model 830-F60L S/N 830-06-66475. The Arm does not move to the left or right? The motor is working and the drive wheel moves forward and backward. But when I pull the arm down it does not move to the left or right, maybe 1/4" max so my machine will go forward but goes straight and I can not turn it. I have ask this question before but to solution has not been found yet. I bought this unit as is, so I don't know what this problem could be. It really makes me thing that it is an electrical problem but I just don't know. The arm casing at the bottom looks sealed like nothing could get in it, but maybe something is hanging it up? Before I open this up, could it be electrical problem like a default or what else can it be? The Curtis controller on this machine shows 7 blinking lights and 2 red blinking lights and continues that way.

Fact of the week
Every year for Thanksgiving, the President of the United States is given a live domestic turkey by the National Turkey Federation (NTF). While these turkeys used to be slaughtered and eaten, during the presidency of George H. W. Bush it became standard practice for the president to issue a ceremonial "pardon" to the turkey.
