New to the forums and fairly new to forklift maintenance. Been working on Crowns for almost 2 years. Thought I start here with my Rookie input!

For the Fast traverse, it can be slowed down in the service mode. That might also help the banging around when you stop traverse OR you might need to replace/recharge the traverse accumulator. You can also calibrate the traverse which might help clear up some things.

As far as all your codes... Does the truck have wire guidance installed? 776,782 have to do with Access 7. Then there is 564 referring to the truck getting wire guidance signal but wire guidance is turned off. Is there a lot of corrosion on the battery and in the battery compartment? I have seen voltage to the frame sending random signals causing random codes. Is the platform up when the codes usually happen. Only happen when you run traverse or randomly?

Hope there was something valuable out of all this!
