The C016 fault should be cured be recalibrating the pedal's ( BT can key & parameter 38 )
You need to get the mast working correctly before looking in to the C013 fault - I get the feeling this fault will stop once the mast is working as it should.
Where the reach loom & mast loom's meet at the metal bracket inside the reach carriage is where I would have a look at the smaller of the connector plugs - even if you have to remove the covers of the working one you have just to compare.
From the fault description the A5 card isn't seeing the switch / switches at the top of the mast to tell it the fork's are now in the main lift area.
