Sounds like the drain for the wet clutch set up is not draining. Check the routing of any/all hyd lines coming off the bell housing- one should go to the hyd tank. Make sure this hose is free of debris, etc.

The wet clutch set up should hold just a few inches of oil in the bottom of the bell housing, the entire housing should not be full of oil. Your starter is/will be leaking oil as well.
