Hi BK it could be one of four problems
1 traction motor earth fault due to excess carbon maybe. Blow out and clean motor.
2 traction motor short circuit. It may need you to replace motor.
3 incorrect connections from motor to controller check connections and change as necessary.
4 field driver controller section fault. Renew controller. Hope this is helpfull.
