I installed new o2 sensor on 8fgu25 and tried to clear code with pedal sequence. Code will not clear. I have 12 volts on red/blue wire and 0.1 volts on green/red wire. Is this correct? Code doesnt even attempt to clear. Bad ecm? Am I missing something else that I can check or is there another method of clearing codes? None the less, the truck still I idles rough and is lacking power.
