I have this older CTM20 electric model that has always been reliable and worked like a champ...that is until last night when I had to back up and it wouldn't move at all. The forward works fine...Only when I engage into reverse it decides not to budge. Does anyone know of a troubleshooting solution to this problem? Please help...Thanx
