Sirs, Friends, Guys.

Had converted one Yale 1968 forklift with Perkins P4 engine to run on LPG by changing engine to Isuzu 1800 cc 69 hp engine. We had fitted the same fluid coupling on to this isuzu engine, which was soon realized as a mistake and we directly mounted the clutch assly. to the crankshft end. Now it was running properly for about 100 hrs but operators manage to some how break the engine mountings and there by misaligning the new engine. As the case in India is operators are used to diesel engines we are now thinking of converting the P4 engine to LPG and fitting it with the fluid coupling. Anyone who has done it or can put in there valuable inputs would be highly appreciated.

Regards
