Problem: Traction EEPROM, Abnormality (61)

Now to explain how this code is triggered:
When logic software starts, first it reads the Setup Option data and those check sum data from EEPROM. Software
compares both data. When there is difference, error 61 occurs.

Checks
Set Setup Option Group 3 data. Then, set Setup Option Group 1 and 2 data (default data).
If necessary, adjust Setup Option Group 1 and 2 data again.
See pages in manual for (Procedure of "Setting Setup Option Group 3", "Setting Setup Option Group 1 and 2 default data" and "Adjusting Setup Option Group 1 and 2")

Once you complete checking and resetting up the data in the setup options recheck operation

if "61" display remains?
replace traction logic board

so basically what prancer said ;o)
