What are the symptoms when it won't start- won't crank, cranks but won't catch, etc? What engine's installed- what fuel is used?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
