I got 39 years, (was a Journeyman level tech in 1974) but I ain't all that convinced that it something to brag about...
almost kinda like I was too stubborn or much of a 'thick skull' to be a used car salesperson.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
