Hey fellers..
I'm living in **** right now trying to get a customer's truck running again.
Did a mono-troll (sic) to lever conversion..
had the local hyster/yale dealer meet me to re-flash for the this option.

drove it a couple hundred feet back to the maintenance dept. shut it down.. now it won't re-start.

this machine uses the Impco Spectrum System on a Mazda 2.2 with four (4) individual coil-packs.

I have ZERO spark. I've been through the PDM fuses.
have 12v at the coil when the key is in the run position..
crank the engine... no -spark.

I just pulled the cam position sensor("distributor")
if I rotate it by hand with key on (with meter across wires to any of the four coils) I still have 12v to the coil.. but still no spark to my test coil... which is then wired to a NEW plug-wire.. to a new sparkplug.. clamped to a known good ground (I hate testing this way, but it's my only option.

the solenoid into the EPR seems to be working..
I have:
- ZERO codes..
- tested all the wires going to the coils (12)
- tested wires (4) going to the hall effect sensor.
(no shorts or opens. I get 12V when I logically should, can't really test the "trigger" wires from the CAS or Coils )

I really need some help.. my local hyster /yale dealer is no help.. bordering on being *********
(not going into that BS)

Does someone have the manual or portions of it they could e-mail me..

OR
OR
has someone encountered this before and know a solution??
OR
OR
Know the system well enough to tell me what goes on in the ECU or programming that could / would prevent spark??
E.G. a safety circuit like Low-oil-pressure??
(it's like something really minor and stupid.. like that.. )

Fact of the week
The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
