I had the opportunity to review the Propane Education & Research Council (PERC) participant manuals: Forklift & Industrial Engine Propane Fuel Systems Training Manual, Volumes 1 and 2; Editor, William H. McGlinchey. I found the materials well organized and very informative.

If you are a forklift/industrial engine technician who services propane fuel systems or you employ technicians who service propane fuel systems, you should consider this course/material as it will improve knowledge in troubleshooting propane fuel system problems and improve proficiency in repairing and maintaining such systems. With an ever increasing emphasis on air quality, safety, and reduced down time, this information is invaluable.

Educational facilities which offer forklift/industrial engine vocational technical courses would do well to incorporate the PERC material as part of their current curriculum.

Interested parties should contact William McGlinchey at AFV International, LLC, Lancaster, Ohio (USA).
