Hello Robin
That info is normal for bad unit,you must to repair it or change.
It is important to know that Zapi handset is not for all units and manufacturers of forklift truck have different handsets.They are all Zapi with different eeprom version and connection.If your truck work normal than is your chopper OK but handset is not for that unit.In other solution if you make connection on truck and after that you see this info(it is error) your chopper is ready for repair.
