We have recently rebuilt a TXL25 transmission because of low main pressure, when we stripped down the transmission it was found to have a worn pump. We also replaced all the sealing rings (steel ring similar to piston ring). Since the transmission was refit the main pressure is correct. However the torque convertor outlet pressure is high. Graziano manuals stats 4.5 to 5 bar at 2000rpm at 100 degrees C. We are getting 7.5 bar at 2000 rpm and 100 degrees C. We have checked the control valve and there is no worn or sticking parts.
Is there something i could be missing?

What problems would it cause if the pressure was left at 7.5 bar?
