I have a 7FGU30 that I service. The challenge is engine vibration just above idle. Unit has the 4Y engine w/ ECS system installed- can't seem to adjust much without the computer compensating. The problem with the vibration is that it's literally shaking the wiring harness to death. I've had multiple service calls due to the wiring braking. I priced a wiring harness today & at $5,500.00 ( yes- that's correct) the customer isn't to happy.

Is there any way to deminish the vibration? The older Toyota's with the 4Y vibrate but usually I can adjust the vibration out- no such luck here- any ideas?- thanks
