-01 No Kill switch input

Possible Causes:

Misadjusted or defective kill switch.
Brakes not being released.
Check switch to insure proper closure.
Open circuit between battery positive TB3.
Check for loose connections or broken wire between
switch and TB3, between key switch and positive
side of the kill switch and between kill switch and
switch to TB4.
Check for loose connections or broken wire from
TB4 and to TB3.
Other symptoms not allowing brake release.
Check for error codes on the Interface Card.
If vehicle is equipped with electronic power steering,
check for error code.
Check status of emergency disconnect switch
