I cover 24 hr call out for the company I work for, any time worked after 12 midnight is given off the next day in lieu.
So if I get home from a call out at 2 am I will start 2hrs later in the morning.

According to studies published in the English Journal of Medicine, the impact of daylight savings is revealed by a 24% increase in heart attacks on the Monday following the spring shift forward. When clocks move back in autumn, heart attacks drop by about 21%, suggesting that loss of sleep is an important driver.
