Yes, a pin hole or a small tear could certainly explain the drop off after an initial good rev up.
Going to be interesting to hear about that diaphragm inspection.

The young children were missing for 40 days after a plane crash that killed their mother and other adults. Wilson tracked the children's footprints, leading the military to their location.
