A Big Thanks to both of you for such a speedy reply! I have put my email address in my signature, I would greatly appreciate a wiring diagram if its not too much hassle.
I have contacted Komatsu here in Melbourne and they have emailed me a scan of the troubleshooting page and like you said marc_b it mentioned E17 as "Travel accelerator output is defective", Vehicle can travel at 40% of maximum speed... I will check the wiring on the pedal and make sure to test it is working properly.
It won't drive at all at the moment but I'll trace the wires back and see if they are broken or not plugged in etc.
