It looks like SAMUK will disappear , Do't know how the HC deal would work because SAMUK will have exclusive rights on trucks for UK. But with also UTILEV being a HC truck who would want to have them as there will be more competition with the same truck.
In the US Dealers sell many different makes the CAT dealer might also be the Clark and HC dealer this will only cause problems for the manufactures. MCFE might just decide why bother with Impact they don't do as much as what Finning's did.Having said this no one is really selling a lot of new equipment in europe at the moment , There will be many more names disappear from the European manufacturing base.
