thanks John, ya they just dropped a truck off and took betsy back to the shop. i will be hearing from the service manager on monday and discuss everything with him. the tech was very genuine when the issue arose and accepted responsibility for that problem and told me i would be hearing from the manager monday to discuss what will happen. now he was saying the steering card new is $2500, my fork lift is a 5FLB25, is this accurate? can they not be repaired?
