Controllers are GE SEMS. Symptom of a code 95:
Status code flashes on and off.
Possible Causes and Test Procedures
* Lift pump motor brushes are worn.
A sensor has closed to battery positive.
Replace the traction motor brushes.
* P8 and/or P9 is shorted to battery positive.
Locate and repair the short.
* A lift pump motor brush wear sensor is shorted or
defective.
Locate and repair the shorted sensor lead or replace
the traction motor brushes.
* Defective pump controller.
(SR transistor-controlled lift pump only.)
Replace the pump controller.
* Defective sensor interface/contactor driver module.
(Contactor-controlled lift pump only.)
Replace the sensor interface/contactor driver module.
NOTE: Status code 95 is only checked when a neutral
signal is present (open start switch or open forward and
reverse switches). The status code is then displayed
when the controller is returned to the run mode.
