I am having problem rebuilding the Nikki converter. When mine go bad they are letting high lp pressure go straight in to the air horn this is before the rebuild. I rebuild by replacing both digaphrams front and rear replacing the valve assembly and o ring, the 2 o rings on the bottom plate, o ring for outlet neck, o ring under 17 mm head plug on the top, both coolant port o rings. Out of my kit I have 2 o rings left and can not see as to where else they would be needed its a helmar kit I am using. Of corse I am cleaning as best as possible with brake wash. When I install onto unit it starts fine with no leaks or high Pressures going to air born but in about 2 seconds it starts to run rough and will not rev up at all. I have tried the adjustment screw on side and can only get it to idle or rev up properly one at a time depending on how far I turn in the adjustment. I just want to know if I am missing something with my 2 extra o rings from my kit or if anyone else has had this problem before. And it's not a problem with anything else I have switched parts from good unit to confirm that all the problem lies in the lp converter. Thanks
