I just had a service call on one of these today and found that the lockoff was not competely shuting off the fuel. You could smell propane after it was parked for about 5 minutes and then when you tried to restart it, it cranked much longer than usual and when it started it ran rough for a couple seconds until it "cleared it's throat" from being flooded.
