Thanks for replying Edward, makes lots of sense what you just said, however the charging rate was 14.2 volts, have checked the wiring on the alternator -ok, the kill switch is what i need to check, the battery has been charged and i'm doing a loadtest on it as we speak, where about is the LPS kill switch situated? before the non start problem the engine would rev up normally for only 5 minutes and then would just idle. your advice will be treasured.

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
