I have an 8400 rider pallet-jack that is doing an odd thing; It has 2 assigned batteries, but when a fully charged battery is put in, it will read 0% charge. If a battery assigned to another jack is plugged in, it reads 100% and it's assigned battery will then read 100%. I don't havew much hair left, so any help would be appreciated. This is an intermitant problem.
