Hi John

Initially we thought it may be related to a sensor on the mast which may reduce the speed of the vehicle, but no longer think this may be the case as the other working trucks have the same sensor, but it does not seem to do anything no matter what level the mast is at ( it could be the other trucks even though they are driving as such might have a mast sensor which is faulty in the sense will not reduce the speed)

We are at present going with the encoder bearings as there seems to be plenty of rust around the motor area and its possible internally could have affected the encoder section.

I would have thought that the motor temperature sensors would have thrown up an error code or atleast a light on the dash hence have not looked at that option.

Do you know if there is an encoder problem, would it not throw up an error?
