Any setting adjustments needs to be done -
First step - With the approval of your management. They may have reasons to have the settings set where they are. Talk to them about what you need to do your job better.
Second Step - any changes need to be performed by a trained & competent technician. Random changes can affect the battery run time, cause premature wear on components, create safety issues and generate product liability issues for your company.
Don't think you'll get much help on your request here.
