I am familair with the OSHA (Federal) regs for equipping forklifts with fire extinguishers. However, I would like to find out which (if any) STATES have requirements that supersede the Federal regs. Does anyone have a consolidated list of email addresses for the various state agencies that I can poll to find an answer to my question, i.e., are there any states that actually require forklifts to be equipped with a portable fire extinguisher? Thanks, budcoh

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
