Hi Ed

Got this from the plate under serial 1KJ03000. Will check under the stall method next time under tilt stall it dropped from 47 to around 43 to 44 volts. if i operate the park brake switch it actually cuts out all traction, when i release the park brake i get drive but slow.

Checked all cables and heatsinks for earth problems, all insulations ok, have not had the battery out to check under the battery, may be the next option.

I tried the onboard diognostic, however after cycling the direction switch to forward the display changes to 3 but when i cycle to reverse nothing happens and then after a while starts flashing 7, which from what i understand should happen when operating lift levers, so i could not get any further with the diognostic procedures.

The seat seems to be doing its job as as soon as i sit on the seat the line contactor comes in and when i get off it after a few seconds line drops out. And in dignostic mode seat shows ok.

Does the same with the truck off the ground. It all does seem battery related as sometimes the display runs up and down indicating a low battery problem, so it could be the bdi setting in the logic card not set correctly? Hence all the problems possibly, have advised customer to get logic sent away for testing.
