It's funny you should mention this as the customer has just informed me today that he's had his regular forklift Co to look at this last week, they fitted a new battery and two days later it was flat.
He called them back out and they said the alternator had gone so they replaced that.
Next day he called them up to explain it would not rev up but they did not send anyone out to look at it. The very same day our sales rep arrived on site and dropped in a business card, they called us in, that's the story so far.
Looks like our first port of call may be the charging circuit then eh?
