Logistics UK has launched its mental health and wellbeing hub THRIVE

A dedicated mental health and wellbeing hub designed to support people working within the logistics industry, has been launched by Logistics UK.

The THRIVE Hub brings together a curated library of resources covering a range of topics such as nutrition, fitness, sleep, workplace wellbeing and positive lifestyle habits, offering practical tools, articles and guidance to connect people with expert support.

“While we don’t claim to be experts in the field of wellbeing our mission is to guide individuals towards the right support when they need it most,” the THRIVE website states.

"We have built a network of specialist partners who will share their expertise and contribute valuable content to help improve wellbeing across the industry.”

THRIVE has also stated it will support UK mental health and suicide prevention charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) for the rest of this year and throughout 2026, directing people to its support services and resources as well as highlighting fundraising opportunities.

Contributors to the THRIVE website to date include the Structured Health Intervention For Truckers (SHIFT), the Logistics UK Policy Directorate and Member Advice Centre, and MOTORWAY BUDDY.

Kevin Green, Logistics UK acting chief executive Kevin Green says: “As the largest business group in the sector, representing over 22,000 member organisations, Logistics UK recognises the growing importance of mental health and wellbeing across the workforce, from HGV drivers and warehouse staff to supply chain managers and logistics leaders”.

“In an industry where long hours, shift work and high levels of responsibility can put a real strain on wellbeing, we are confident that THRIVE will provide genuine help and guidance to enable us to support our members and their staff with invaluable health and wellbeing resources.”

Logistics UK says the THRIVE wellness hub will be available on a limited level to the whole industry with unlimited access to resources available for association members.
