Just food for thought, it is not ever recommended that a battery just off the charge cycle be put to use immediately. The battery has heated up during the charge process and the full voltage of the battery will not be realized until the battery has cooled down as the specific gravity of the electrotyte will not be reached until then. All this means, maybe the vehicle's controller is seeing an undervoltage condition and is shutting down to protect the drive motor.

Just a rule of thumb if teh battery is on charge 1 hour then it needs to cool one hour and so on.
