Yes many crazy stories........but like Dan, I guess the craziest one is when a new employee we have hired is going through a class I am conducting and as I always do, I take time during the class to try and get to know the class better by just having a short...."lets get to know each other better session"....and I have heard this more than once.."at my last job all I was required to do was get on a lift truck, start it up, move a pallet and I was trained and certified"........not what a trainer really likes to hear......so for the ones that take training seriously.. THANK YOU!!!!!!
