Here is a link to my online photo album. I was able to loosen the packing nut but before i get to far along i want to get some advice on what i am about to do.

From the looks of thing i should be able to remove the bolt going into the top end of the cylinder. Then there are two bolts holding that bracket to the mast. If i remove those 2 bolts i should be able to pull the slack out of the chains and lift that off the top of the cylinder. I should be able to pull the packing up and over the ram and out.

Dose this sound correct?
