Thanks for the quick response. No dual fuel, just an Aisan open loop with a relay to open the one large fuel solenoid. It has a vacuum line going to the top fuel valve. I just left the customer a few minutes ago. I found the power valve (vacuum operated) in the carburetor was stuck open. Freed this up and it starts great- not quite sure why.
