if she doesnt give you model and serial number, good luck. what kind of machine is this. is it a modern european machine or a decades old auction special? reach truck? hoist accessory? drum lifter? cobbled-together yard monster?
i did a websearch and a danish mfr came up for a drum lifter, we will need to know what kind of machine this is. if its an old wreck mfd by a defunct company parts will have to be duplicated by a competent machine shop.
