Hi Damo,
You could wire a 48volt relay across the reverse coil and use the contacts of the relay to operate the reverse bleeper. This works well on most trucks with direction contactors unless the truck has auto braking which makes the reverse bleeper operate momentarily in forward while the truck is braking.
