The service is very important. It remember me that: the former CEO of Samsung said:why do we need after sales service? If our quality is good enough, we don't need after sales service.
Now, famous brand and our company will focus on upgradd quality of our products. We are pride of this point.

Thanks for your knowledge on TOYOTA. Did you visit 2008 Shanghai CeMat? I were impressed by TOYOTA. Specially, forklift. High techonolgy, to make sure the operator safety. "And The Japance manufactures would redesing the product every 3/4 years to keep up with market demands. " That's why they are welcome : )
