it,s like learning to drive a car. the instructor won,t send you for a test till they think you have a chance to pass. should be the same for forklifts , very dangerous machine in the wrong hands. i know of a guy who had been driving forklifts for years. company he worked for sent all the operators for retests after a few accidents. one guy tried 3 times and failed. he still driving the sweeper now
