02A95 I seem to remember seeing on Hyster order picker LO2.0 E444T model, made in Italy with Zapi controller. I may have some notes somewhere but hard to be sure. It may have been a code that was not well documented and it may have been something to do with canbus wiring. Sorry I cannot be of more help. I no longer work for Hyster. The 02 part indicates a traction fault, 05 is a hydraulic fault and 06 was a steering fault.

Fact of the week
The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
