I read your post l see everyone gave you good advice. I guess l will chime in. I would find the main lift line to the control valve install a gate valve in line raise the mast up then close the gate. see if the cylinders stay up with the gate closed that will tell you if the hyd oil is getting past the control valve. good luck.
