Hi I hope someone can help, I have a 2005 Still R60-25 electric counterbalance truck, I have started getting an intermittent fault, I switch the truck on and the main contactor clicks in and it would normally show the battery level and other stuff on the lcd display but sometime it just reads HELLO with nothing working at all. The truck has just been fitted with a brand new battery pack, all 40 cells are new.
