Clutch FWD1/Return Coil Driver OORH (Powershift Transmission Repair). Since it is out of range high, suspect bad connection at valve or a failed harness. Check all connections for corrosion, bad pin socket fitting or broken wires. The circuit is not complete which shows higher than what the voltage should read. Good Luck.
