We have a 2014 Hyundai 110D-7E with 7400 hours on it. We purchased the unit in the summer and everything worked fine but as soon as it got cold the hydraulics would freeze up after using it for about 60 seconds, everything initially functions fine and then freezes. If you keep working the control for about 10 minutes the functions eventually come back and the machine operates like normal? We have tried letting it run for an hour before using and it did nothing. The oil in the tilt cylinders seems to be really warm considering nothing is moving. This is the second winter we are going into and the problem started coming back as soon as the temps started dropping again. It starts right around the 32F temp.
